Shop Policies
Hello friends and welcome to the least exciting page, but not the least important. Please read these and understand that all of these policies will apply to your order whether you've read them or not.
Handling Time:
Please allow 7-10 days for orders to be packaged and shipped. This timeline can often be shorter, but we ask for your patience for orders to go out. We live in a small apartment, so I don't keep all our packaging materials in stock and often need to order only what's needed to ship out orders each month. We also often wait for customers who want to add to/combine orders to given them time to do so.
Shipping:
We make two domestic shipping options available to you at check out, Ground Advantage and Priority. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and both include up to $100 in coverage for lost or damaged packages. Once a package leaves our (Soulforge Dice) hands, we cannot control how fast it gets to you or what happens to it in transit. We are not responsible for lost packages.
International orders have a few more options available to you, at a variety of rates. International buyers, please be aware of a few things:
- We do not collect any import fees/taxes on our end. Buyers are responsible for those fees on arrival.
Only in extreme circumstances will we offer refunds for orders that encounter shipping issues, determined at our discretion.
Refunds:
Due to the handmade nature of this product, returns and refunds are not accepted.
In the (very rare) case of shipping damage, we will help you to pursue a claim with the shipping carrier by providing the needed documentation to file your claim.
